Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

By Debit card , bank transfer at check out, OR POS/Cash for store pick up orders.

Currently we do not offer payment on delivery.

Q. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders placed before 8am for Lagos delivery are dispatched same day, for receipt same or next working day. If placed after 8am delivery is 1-2working days.

Out of Lagos orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day for receipt in 2-5 working days depending on courier method used. Please see here for delivery chart and costs.

Ghana orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day for receipt in 2-3 working days at Accra pick up terminal.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER: 

A. Your Tracking/waybill number is usually sent to you by mail and updated on your order page . You can use this number to track your parcel via the chosen courier partner. This does not apply to Lagos same/next day deliveries.

Q: MY ORDER IS URGENT, COULD I HAVE IT DELIVERED TODAY?

A: Same day delivery within Lagos is possible if ordered before 8am or picked up in store. Although this is based on our discretion. Also You can schedule a pick up if the item is in stock.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

A: Yes we do, located at Suite E240, Road 2, Ikota shopping complex VGC Ajah. 

Q. WHERE CAN I SEE ALL THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE?

Q. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! Items/Order total must be N25,000 or more, applicable to Lagos orders only.

Q. DO YOU DO BULK BUYS/WHOLESALE?

A. Yes we do! we supply businesses and individuals bulk products. If you’d like to make enquiries on our wholesale prices kindly send us a mail stating item, quantity required, date needed and location. We’d be sure to respond.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF LAGOS? 

A: We deliver all over Nigeria, nationwide. To see our rates and other delivery information please check here.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF NIGERIA?

A: Except Ghana ( we deliver to Ghana). Currently we do not send to other countries due to the high costs and custom duties, However we are working on it. You can send us a message and we’d see how we can help you out.

Q. CAN YOU RESERVE AN ITEM FOR ME TILL I’M READY?

A. We do not reserve items without payment. Most of our products are fast moving items hence we cannot afford to hold down stock beyond your cart time.

Q: I FORGOT TO INCLUDE A PRODUCT IN MY ORDER. CAN I ADD IT IN?

A: If you would like to amend your order, please message us via our live chat beneath this page, a DM on instagram or send us a mail on orders@naijanaturals.com. Although we usually send a confirmation mail before shipping your order out.

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN? (RETURN POLICY ) 

A: For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges for products delivered, apart from on the rare occasion that they are defective or we have made a mistake which must be reported within 24hours of delivery otherwise we can’t ascertain cause of defect especially on electrical appliances  . We have to ensure that all our products reach our customers in the best condition, and cannot vouch for them once they have been taken out of our possession. We would therefore be unable to re-sell products that have been in another customer’s possession.

Q: WHEN WILL A PRODUCT I WANT BE BACK IN STOCK?

A: Usually our core products are restocked bi-weekly, however some may take several weeks to months depending on the item.

Q: I don’t see a product that I would like on Naijanaturals.com,  Can you add it to your site?

Thanks for helping us serve you better by providing you with more products that you want! To request an item, please submit your request to us by emailing info@naijanaturals.com. Your suggestion will be considered and you will be notified once product is available.

Q: YOUR LINES ARE UNREACHABLE?

A: Please note our lines are active from 9am-6pm on weekdays and 11am-3pm on Saturdays. You can mail us or send us a message on live chat/social media if urgent.

Q. I SENT A MESSAGE ON YOUR CHAT FORUM, WHEN WOULD I GET A RESPONSE?

A. We are usually online during work hours but If offline, we would reply within an hour. Although we advice you send us a mail if urgent.
