We hope you enjoyed browsing our website and selecting your products.This page is to explain in detail what happens between browsing our website, adding products to cart , check out and delivery.

CART

When you have finished placing products in your cart by clicking add to cart, you will have the opportunity to check your order. Don’t worry if the basket isn’t correct, you can change the contents of the Basket at any time before pressing “proceed to check out” button on the cart page. Once you have clicked this button you will be shown the online checkout page where you can input your details: Name, phone number, address, email and order notes.

PLACING ORDER & PAYMENT

Once you are done inputing your details on the online checkout page, you will be required to select your preferred delivery method. Your order details page at check out will show the total amount you will be charged for the order including any delivery charges accrued. After which the two methods of payment will load.

  • payment by debit card
  • Payment by bank transfer.

You place an order by selecting one of these options and  pressing the “Place order” button. Once this is clicked you will be shown your order number along with the list of the products you have ordered. Your order would be pending payment at this point if you selected bank transfer (You are obliged to make payment immediately. We do not hold stock nor offer click to reserve services. If you change your mind about purchase, you are able to cancel order and restore cart, if unpaid within 20minutes the order will auto cancel). 

However if you selected payment by debit card, you will be required to enter your card details through our secure portal and make payment for your order.

Provided that your payment has been successful using any of the methods listed, ( it’s at this point our contract begins with you) You will receive the first email from us headed “Your NN HAIR & BEAUTY order receipt” to confirm that we have received your order and payment. Your order will be on processing at this point. Processing means we are sorting your order for dispatch.

  • Please note: Payment is also possible through PayPal for Ghana orders only (You will be invoiced this separately, You will be charged the applicable Paypal fees. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions on this)

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Upon dispatch through your chosen delivery method, you will receive a mail titled “You order has been dispatched” (usually the next working day) . This will indicate Delivery information, or pick up terminal and day depending on the dispatch methods chosen.

Within Lagos takes 1-2 working days
– Outside Lagos takes 2-7 working days depending on the courier used.  
– Ghana delivery takes 2-3days. (terminal pick up)  Please see here

Also you may get a notification titled “a note has been added to your order” . This email will show you the tracking/Waybill details where it applies or any other additional information regarding delivery or stock levels.

If at all there are any problems with your order, be rest assured we’ll contact you and let you know via email or telephone as soon as possible.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY OR PAYMENT ON PICK UP

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment on delivery. However, for customers who shop at our physical outlet situated at E240, Road 2 Ikota shopping complex VGC Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria, you have the opportunity to pay by cash or POS. We are also unable to accept cheques as a method of payment.
