*Products unrelated to hair and beauty industry are un-listable. However, hair vendor submissions are not ongoing at this moment.

A Listing fee of N7,000 for 6months or N13,000/year applies, which covers product advertisement on our platforms, Stock control, handling by staff, and other search optimisation benefits.
Listing fee is renewed per year, also non-refundable if products fail to sell within the first year trial period.
Trial period: There would be a trial period of 14 days for first time stockists in the first year only, No commission is charged within this period. However, if goods stocked fails to sell in this time , Vendor can choose to retrieve all merchandise. Products will be taken off our site at vendors request.
All products sold are liable to a 15% commission on each product after trial period expires. E.g. If your product retails for N5,000 you are remitted with N4,250 when sold.
Every time we make a sale on your product, you receive a mail. This mail will show item sold, date, price, and balance after commission. You can request an excel extract of your sales record at anytime for checks and balances.
Payment for goods sold are remitted per threshold by bank transfer. A payment and stock balance notification will also be sent by mail to this effect.

Thresh hold explained: To curb bank charges we have a threshold of remitting payment at every ₦20,000 or higher Depending on average product price and frequency of sale.

No counterfeit goods permitted.
All Lab formulated hair and skin products must carry a NAFDAC/ SON/ Country Equivalent standard number.

Only quality and durable goods should be listed.
Fair pricing: Retail prices on our website should tally with prices on vendor’s other sale platforms to improve sale probability. i.e if you retail your item at N2,000 on other sale platforms (e.g your website or instagram page), it should be sold the same or lower on Naija naturals website.
Clear images (Shot on a white background) matching our site aesthetics should be submitted In a downloadable PNG or JPEG format. We do not accept 3D/animated images or photos that do not reflect the actual picture of the product in reality.
Stock and shipping will be handled by Naijanaturals.com.
Your products will be well and fairly advertised on our social media pages for the duration they are stocked.

Each vendor is permitted to stock a maximum of 5 variable products in total (each product can hold a maximum stock level of 10 per time). Exempted are hair care brands with a range of products. E.g. shampoo, conditioner, curling cream, sealing oil, leave-in , deep conditioner e.t.c sold as a care set or range. The entire range/ collection can be stocked with us.
All products to be stocked must be dispatched to Naija Naturals Lagos outlet (located at Ikota shopping complex VGC, Ajah) upon listing approval prior to when listing goes live i.e. we must have in hand all products listed for sale on our website.
During sales or promotions, all vendor products will be exempted from the deductions and promotions. Except on request of inclusion.
All enquiries, disputes and concerns about goods stocked or sold will directed to the vendor.
Our website privacy policy, terms and conditions linked in line 16 and 17 should please be read by intending vendors.
Naija naturals reserves the right to disapprove or end listing renewal at any time. This may arise if goods fail to sell within reasonable time. Thank you.
